Want to get downtown for the Texas Book Festival, without worrying about parking and traffic? CapMetro is offering free commuter passes for attendees. Simply fill out the form below by 3pm on Thursday, November 3. You will need the CapMetro app to redeem, and the email you register with must match the email in your app.

Commuter passes will be good for bus travel and the MetroRail, and can be used during the Festival Weekend, November 5-6.

Please note, your pass will not show up in the app until processed by CapMetro on Friday. The email you registered with will have to match the email used for the CapMetro app. The app should be downloaded before 3pm on Thursday, November 3 so CapMetro can share the free pass. The deadline has passed to request a free commuter pass. However, you can still take a Cap Metro bus or the MetroRail to downtown Austin.
