Texas Book Festival’s Annual Fundraiser

The 2023 First Edition Literary Gala was held at the Fairmont Hotel in Austin on Thursday, November 9th at 6:30pm. It was an unforgettable night that raised much-needed funding to fulfill our mission and fund our programs.

The Texas Book Festival is a non-profit organization, with the mission to connect authors & readers through experiences that celebrate the culture of literacy, ideas, and imagination. Gala proceeds make it possible for TBF to bring books and authors to 14,000 students in Title I schools every year, award grants to Texas public libraries, and keep the annual Festival free for all.
