Architecture, Art, and Texas
12:45 pm - 1:30 pm
Thursday, October 28, 2021

Two of the most celebrated architecture firms in Texas—and the country—come together in this panel to discuss new visual retrospectives of their work. San Antonio-based Lake|Flato Architects are the minds behind their city’s Witte Museum, the structures in Confluence Park, and much more. Austin’s Miró Rivera Architects are the creators of much of the Circuit of the Americas complex, the Texas Exes Alumni Center, and many residential buildings in the Austin area. Hear directly from the principal architects as they discuss their work, their process, and their inspiration.
