Michael Genhart, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in San Francisco as well as the author of twelve picture books for children (and more on the way!). His books draw from his experience as a psychologist, gay dad, and growing up in a multicultural family. He lives with his husband in Marin County, California. They are the proud parents of a newly minted elementary school teacher.
