Meghan P. Browne was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She left for a hot minute to study political science and swim with the Arizona Wildcats in Tucson, but she came back to the wide blue skies of her hometown shortly after undergrad. Meghan earned an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults and loves exploring outside with her family. She lives in South Austin with her husband, Greg, their three children, and a menagerie of Boer goats, chickens, bees, a barn kitty, and a blue heeler named Josie.
