Edward Vidaurre
Edward Vidaurre is an award-winning poet and author of seven collections of poetry with his collection Cry, Howl forthcoming. He has edited multiple anthologies and facilitated workshops for grade-school children and adults. He is the former 2018–2019 City of McAllen, TX, Poet Laureate, a five time Pushcart Prize–nominated poet, Director of Operations for the Rio Grande Valley International Poetry Festival, and publisher and editor-in-chief of FlowerSong Press and its sister imprint Juventud Press. Vidaurre is from Boyle Heights, CA, and now resides in McAllen, TX, with his wife and daughter.
