Doug Swanson

Doug Swanson is the author of five novels and two nonfiction books. He was an investigative reporter and editor at the Dallas Morning News for thirty-four years. He currently teaches writing at the University of Pittsburgh. He was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in feature writing and was twice named the best newspaper reporter in Texas. He also spent a year as a John S. Knight fellow in journalism at Stanford University.
