Dara Horn

Dara Horn is the author of six books, including five novels and the new essay collection People Love Dead Jews: Reports from a Haunted Present, and the creator and host of the podcast Adventures with Dead Jews. Horn received her doctorate in Hebrew and Yiddish literature from Harvard University, and she has taught these subjects at Sarah Lawrence College, Harvard University, and Yeshiva University. One of Granta’s Best Young American Novelists, Horn has written for the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Atlantic, Smithsonian, and many other publications. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and four children.
