We were deeply saddened by poet Benito Pastoriza Iyodo’s passing earlier this year and are grateful for the tremendous body of work he created in his lifetime. Today, friends and colleagues—including Liliana Valenzuela, Edward Vidaurre, and Brad Warren—come together to celebrate his work. Warren will discuss the process of translating Benito’s work into English, and Edward Vidaurre will talk about what it was like to publish Benito’s most recent book, Hominis Aurora, in bilingual edition.
