Sarah Chayes, who served as special assistant on corruption to Mike Mullen, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, joins to discuss her new book (On Corruption in America: And What Is at Stake), in which she details the past and present of corruption within United States and outlines the ways in which its pervasiveness undermines democracy.
