Adult Programming Pivot to Virtual: Texas Book Festival 2021

With health and safety in mind, the Texas Book Festival 2021 is pivoting almost entirely to virtual, and the programming dates have expanded:

  •  x 10/30–10/31
  •  √ Monday 10/25 through Sunday 10/31 (Adult-category virtual programming)

If you’re reading this, you (a) are either an adult-category author or their publicist of record (per your confirmation form) who has previously submitted to us a confirmation form originally designed for in-person participation this year, and (b) we have now designated your session as one of the very many we’re pivoting to virtual.

This form is intended for confirmed adult-category authors only; if you’re a publicist who also represents confirmed picture book, middle grade, or YA authors that were previously confirmed for in-person participation, note that this form is not for that purpose. We’re communicating about confirmed YA, picture book, and middle grade authors separately.

The brief form below MUST be completed by Friday September 10 in order to successfully pivot your participation to virtual and preserve your name in the lineup. There is a spot in the form, too, to quickly indicate if you cannot participate at all during this new timeframe and format.

We cannot fully express how much we appreciate your patience, partnership, and quick response during this fast evolving time. Thank you!
