Texas Teen Book Festival 2018 Exhibitor Application

Join the Texas Teen Book Festival (TTBF) as we celebrate our annual Festival on October 6, 2018, at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

The TTBF is a one-day event that celebrates the teen reading experience by inviting Texas teens to interact with many of the most popular and critically acclaimed young adult authors in the county. Featuring more than 30 authors with an expected attendance of 5,000, the TTBF provides a unique opportunity for exhibitors to interact with thousands of teens, parents, teachers, librarians, and YA fans.

Standard Exhibitor Booth Fee includes:

  1. One 6’ table with 2 chairs
  2. One parking pass
  3. One exhibitor listing in TTBF program
  4. One exhibitor listing on TTBF website

*Sales of featured 2018 Festival titles by TTBF authors will not be permitted at exhibitor booths.*

Booth Options:

Indoor Marketplace booth option: In the Alumni Gym next to the BookPeople bookstore. The booths in this area accommodate the traditional exhibitor set-up and experience for festival-goers.

Studio Create outside booth option: This new interactive exhibitor tent next to the Book Signing tent is geared to showcase engaging and hands-on activities for teens. Think zine-making, writing prompts, green screens, art activities. We’d love to hear what you can do!

Two exhibitors may share a booth or table. The Festival will accept only one application per booth or table. That application must designate the company with whom they are sharing the booth or table and assume full payment for the booth or table.


Early Bird Fee (up until April 30, 2018): $325
Standard Fee (April 30-July 31, 2018): $350
Late Registration Fee (After August 1, 2018): $375

Cancellation Fee: 50% through August 14, 2018. No refunds or cancellations after August 14, 2018.

The Texas Teen Book Festival will take place rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
