Texas Book Festival is pleased to present a special opportunity to sit down and dine with acclaimed food journalist, Mark Bittman. Join us at Emmer & Rye on Saturday, November 4 at 11:00am for a three course brunch based on Bittman’s seminal cookbook, How to Cook Everything Vegetarian: Completely Revised Tenth Anniversary Edition.
Tickets cost $150 and include a three course brunch, and a signed copy of How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. Bittman will be on hand to mingle with guests and talk about his book, which has made vegetarian cooking accessible for everyone for ten years.
On Sunday, November 5, Bittman will be in conversation with Addie Broyles of the Austin American-Statesman in the Central Market Cooking Tent at the Texas Book Festival. Keep an eye out for our schedule, which will go live in mid-October, for more details. The Festival conversation is free and open to the public to attend.
