BOOK SALES

All Festival books will be available across three Barnes & Noble Sales Tents: 

Main Sales Tent (Adult and YA)
Children’s Sales Tent (Picture Book and Middle Grade)
Cookbook Tent (Cookbooks)

Books will also be available for sale on-site for the specific sessions held at: 

First United Methodist Church – View the sessions

Omni Hotel (Ballroom and Longhorn Room) – View the sessions

Books for these sessions will also be available in the corresponding B&N Sales Tents.

BOOK SIGNING SCHEDULE

Book signings take place 15 minutes after the author’s session concludes. View the full signing schedule here.

Book signings for Capitol and Paramount sessions will take place in one of three Book Signing Tents: 

Main Signing Tent (Adult and YA)
Children’s Signing Tent (Picture Book and Middle Grade)
Cookbook Signing Tent (Cookbooks)

Books signings will be held on-site for specific sessions happening at:

In order to join a signing line at the Festival, you must purchase a book from Barnes & Noble at the Festival. A receipt must be presented at the signing venues. 

Our general Festival rule allows festival goers to bring one book from home to be signed, so long as at least one book is purchased in the Barnes & Noble Book Sales Tent. This guideline varies from author to author, however, and depends on a variety of factors, including the length of the signing line, the amount of time an author has to sign books, and the signing guidelines given to us by the author’s publisher.

We cannot guarantee that books brought from home will be signed. Volunteers at the signing venues will let you know whether or not additional books are permitted. 

Volunteers in the signing tent will also let you know how many books you may have signed per author, whether photos are permitted, etc. For the most part, only books will be signed, no memorabilia will be permitted. Thank you for cooperating with all signing guidelines!

Book sales at the Festival fund the Festival weekend, our Reading Rock Stars program, and our Library Grants initiative. They also support authors! Support the Festival – buy books!
