The Best of Us is the story of Joyce and her late husband. It follows the story of their romance and wedding and the struggle of fighting cancer. On their one year anniversary, her husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Nineteen months later, he passed away. The Best of Us explores the idea of love and deeper connections.
Join the Texas Book Festival as it welcomes the Bush sisters, Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Pierce Bush, to Austin on part of their Sisters First Tour. Jenna and Barbara will give readers a behind the scenes look into their life.
Free and open seating is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Book tickets are available and include priority seating, a spot in the meet and greet line after the session, and one signed copy of Sisters First (received at the festival).
Renegades is about the renegades – humans with super capabilities – who established peace in a crumbled society and are therefore enemies of the villains, and Nova, a girl who seeks vengeance on the renegades.
The speaking portion is free and open to the public but the signing requires a ticket.
